Consultation:
This is a process whereby various pieces of information are collected in order to conduct an analysis on the health of the church. Consultation can be likened to a physical for the church to ensure health or identify issues preventing health.
Revitalization:
This is a process where systems are examined with the goal of breathing life back into them. There is a six-step process named TRAVEL that a determined team will work through to regain vitality.
Church Perspective:
This is a process where the church participates in a survey that aims to determine whether perspectives are aspirational or actual.
First Impressions:
This is a process of discovering what a person’s first experience is like attending your church. When you get settled anywhere it is hard to see the little things that do matter to an outsider.
Discipleship Pathway:
This is a process where a pathway is developed to ensure members are moving from a spiritual baby to a spiritual adult. The Great Commission requires that we be intentional about this, but a process is needed to ensure it is taking place. If there is no process then we leave spiritual development to chance.
